Cheyenne Easts Cosette Stellern helped lead the Lady Thunderbirds to their second-straight Class 4A state championship in volleyball, won both the discus and shot put events in track and field, an all-state selection in basketball and repeated at Wyoming Gatorade Volleyball Player of the Year this past season. For her efforts, the junior is named Female Prep Athlete of the Year by the WyoSports Cheyenne staff.
